Ingredients: 500 g flour, 250 g cheese, 1 egg, 50 g yeast, 1 teaspoon lukewarm water, 1
teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 250 g butter, sesame seeds, 150 g cumin. Technology:
Beat the yeast well in a glass of lukewarm water, add a teaspoon of salt, sugar and three
tablespoons of flour, and leave to swell (about 15 minutes). The melted butter is added to
this mass and all this is put in a bowl with flour. Knead the dough and while kneading,
add a little water to make it smooth and thick. Allow to rise in a warm place. When the
dough rises, knead again, divide into four balls, each rolled out with a rolling pin and
divided into eight triangles. Put a stuffing of cheese on each triangle. Make muffins,
grease with melted butter or beaten egg yolk, salt, sprinkle with cumin or sesame seeds if
desired, and place in a greased pan. Bake for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 200°C.
