Breaded dried peppers
Ingredients: 8 dried peppers, 250 g dried meat, 250 g old cheese, 100 g flour, 2-3 eggs,
200 ml oil. Technology: The dried peppers are cleaned and boiled a little to soften them.
The meat and cheese are cut thinly into eight pieces so that they can be placed lengthwise
in the peppers. Put a piece of meat and cheese in the squeezed peppers. Then the peppers
are rolled in beaten eggs and flour, and fried in oil. This appetizer is served warm.
