Project Description

Necessary ingredients:

  • 3 kg of plums,
  • 1 kg of sugar,
  • approximately 9 liters of water,
  • 1 cinnamon stick.

Technology:

Plums are washed, divided into two halves and pitted. They are then cooked in water together with cinnamon and sugar until the fruit is completely soft. The juice is filtered and bottled.
