Required ingredients:

  • 750 g raspberries,
  • 3 teaspoons water,
  • 15 g citric acid.

Technology:

Raspberries are well cleaned, washed and flooded with water in which citric acid is dissolved. Leave to stand for approximately 24 hours in a cool place, stirring several times. The juice is filtered through a thin cloth without squeezing the fruit. Add one and a half teaspoons of sugar to 1 teaspoon of juice. Stir until the sugar dissolves and pour into bottles.
