Dried peppers with young beans
Ingredients: 8 dried peppers, 500 g young beans, 4 onions, 1 carrot, 5 cloves garlic, bay
leaf, salt, pepper, 100 ml oil, 3 tablespoons flour, 1 tablespoon ground pepper, 1 teaspoon
dried mint. Technology: The beans are boiled and the first water is thrown out. Pour
water again, add the chopped carrots, onion, black pepper and mint. When the beans are
cooked, pour out the excess water (there should be about 2 fingers of water left over the
cooked beans). In a separate pot, pour oil and fry the chopped onion with a little ground
black pepper. When the onion is fried, add flour, chopped garlic and ground pepper, and
gradually add the cooked beans, stirring constantly. It should be thick. Add salt and
season to taste. Fill the peppers and place half of the remaining beans on the bottom of
the pan, arrange the peppers and bake for about 25 minutes at 220°C.
