Ingredients needed:

  • 1 kg of black currants,
  • 150 ml of water,
  • 1.5 kg of sugar per liter of juice,
  • 5 g of citric acid.

Technology:

Currants are well washed and ground, blender can also be used. It is mixed with water to make a thick puree. Boil, remove from the heat and let it rest overnight. Strain in the morning and return to the stove until it boils. Pour into bottles and store in a cool and dark place.
