The electronic E-cooking library to be developed within the framework of the project will be organized as a web-based resource presenting the rich and diverse cross-border culinary traditions and local foods. The library will be uploaded to the “Tourism E-learning” web-platform. This vast online resource will include all gathered information (text and photos) by experts appointed at both project partners who will be responsible for gathering, summarizing and presenting all available traditional meals, dishes and cooking practices which are common and traditional for the cross-border region of Bulgaria and Serbia. In addition the same experts will also provide information on local tourism SMEs (hotels, restaurants, private houses, taverns, etc.) which are offering typical foods, meals and typical environment. E-library will be presented on the three languages – EN, BG, RS

The electronic E-beverages library to be developed within the framework of the project will be organized as a web-based resource presenting the rich and diverse cross-border culinary traditions and local beverages. The library will be uploaded to the “Tourism E-learning” platform. This vast online resource will include all gathered information (text and photos) by experts appointed at both project partners who will be responsible for gathering, summarizing and presenting all available traditional beverage and ways and technologies for its preparation which are common and traditional for the cross-border region of Bulgaria and Serbia. In addition the same experts will also provide information and advice how the traditional meals to combination with the beverages in the region on the best way. E-library will be presented on the three languages – EN, BG, RS
